Calendar (Chongqing) Technology Co., Ltd. is the operator of the Wannianli App ( h ereinafter referred to as “ Wannianli ” or “ We ” ), and Wannianli value s much for its protection of users ’ privacy and personal information. When you use our products and/or services, we may collect and use your relevant information. Through the Privacy Policy of Wannianli App (this “ Privacy Policy ” ), we intend to explain to you how we collect, use, store, share and transfer such information when you use our products and/or services, and the ways we provide in respect of how to access, update, delete and protect such information. Meanwhile, we are committ ed to protecting your personal information with appropriate security measures in accordance with the generally accepted security standards.

(I) How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

In order to provide you with, and enable you to receive, better and more personalized products and services, we will collect personal information from you when you use our products and services in the ways desc ribed below. If you do not provide us with your personal information, we may not be able to provide you with our corresponding services.

We will only collect information that is necessary for the specific, explicit and legitimate purposes of the service y ou have selected and will not further process the information in a manner that is inconsistent with those purposes. Depending on the service you choose, we may collect one or more of the following information:

Information that you voluntarily provide or u pload when using our services

As for the information you provide to us or upload, we will collect some personal information necessary for the corresponding service according to the service you choose. For example:

（ 1 ） If you create a Wannianli Account , you may provide your birthday, gender, account security settings on personal registration information; you can also use a third-party account (WeChat, Weibo ( Sina ’ s MicroBlog ), QQ and Apple account) to log in, in this case, you may provide the nickname, avatar , region and gender information related to such third-party account; you can also use your cell phone number to create an account, we will verify your identity by send ing an SMS verification code.

（ 2 ） If you use the Schedule Service of Wannianli , you may provide system calendar information, contact information in your address book, pictures or audio information that you upload for creating or synchronizing your own schedule , creating a birthday reminder for your contacts or recording or creating voice schedule reminders.

（ 3 ） If you use the Weather Service of Wannianli , you may provide your approximate location information for the purpose of providing you with weather information in the location area or pushing notifi cation for weather information.

（ 4 ） If you use the Reminder Service of Wannianli , you may provide image information and recording information for your usage or creation of reminder or feedback on the usage of the reminder service .

（ 5 ） If you use the Diary Servic e of Wannianli , you may upload or provide personal diary information, image s, camera permissions, record er permissions, biometric information for fingerprint recognition for your diary entries and encrypti on and unlocking of the diary.

（ 6 ） If you use the P roduct Forecasting Service of Wannianli , you may provide your name, cell phone number, birthday information, gender, occupation information, education background or other personal information, at your own discretion, for your usage of the f orecasting and c onsulting service. In addition, if you make a transaction, the payment function is provided to you by the third-party payment institution with which we cooperate. The third - party payment institution may need to collect your name, bank card type and card nu mber, expiration date and cell phone number. The bank card number, expiration date and cell phone number are sensitive personal information , and they are necessary for the payment function. If you refuse to provide them, you will not be able to use the pay ment function, however, there will be no impact on your normal use of other features. After you have made a successful payment, we will only obtain the result verification information from the third party payment service provider that you have completed th e payment and will provide you with the corresponding virtual product.

（ 7 ） If you use the Cash Withdrawal Service which enables you to cash out of your gold coin in Wannianli , you may need to provide your cell phone number, IP address and device number for ve rifying the authenticity of the personal information you provide.

（ 8 ） You may provide your name, phone number, and mailing address for event contact if you use our customer service or attend our event.

（ 9 ） In order to provide better services to you, we may add o r adjust some special service features from time to time. If you choose to use a special service feature, you may independently provide us with the personal information required to use that service feature.

For part of the above services, you are required to provide specific personal information to enjoy specific services, if you choose not to provide such information, then you may not be able to use some of the services normally, but it does not affect your normal u sage of the calendar and lunar almanac and other general functions.

Please note that if you voluntarily disclose sensitive information related to your health, private life or personal biometric information to us, we will protect your information in strict accordance with this Policy, but you shall be careful about providing your personal sensitive information to third party product or service providers.

The information we obtain when you use our services

When you use Wannianli web se rvices or visit the web pages Wannianli platform, we will receive and record information on your browser and device for the purpose of identifying users, recording system failures and analyzing the causes of system failures, recommending ads/information th at may be of interest to you, analyzing user behavior, monitoring ad placement, conducting internal audits, data analysis and research, etc., in order to promote improvement and optimization of our products and services.

（ 1 ） Unique identifiers and device info rmation: your device manufacturer, device model, device language, device name, app list information, hardware serial number, operating system and app version and type, language setting, resolution, IP address, GPS location, system platform, system version, app package name and version, app pre and post time, independent device identifier, iOS Identifier For Advertising (IDFA), MAC address , International Mobile Equipment Identity ( IMEI ) , Open Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID), International Mobile Subscribe r Identy (IMSI) base station information, sensor information, Bluetooth information, WIFI status information, CPU information, memory information, device informatio n, battery usage, network access method and type, mold, status, network quality data, and operation log information;

（ 2 ） Approximate location information: When you use location-related services, we may record the location information of your device in order to provide you with related services. When you use the services, we may obtain yo ur geographic location information through IP address, GPS, WLAN or base station, and if we obtain precise location information, we will de-identify and obscure it before storing it;

（ 3 ） Data on your orders for using Wannianli services, and a record of orders paid and to be paid;

（ 4 ） Your behavior data of using Wannianli services, pages clicked, sites and content areas visited, advertising data, dates and times of activity.

The information provided by third parties related to you

We may obtain your personal information from our business partners through legal approach es , and your information may be included in the information shared by other users of Wannianli in the course of using our products. For example, we may obtain your aut horized account information (avatar, nickname and region) from such third parties as WeChat/Weibo/QQ/Alipay, and after you agree to this Privacy Policy, your third - party account will be bound to your Wannianli account so that you can directly log in and us e our products and/or services through the third - party account. We will use your personal information under the agreement with the third party and after confirming the legitimacy of the source of the personal information, and in accordance with the relevan t laws and regulations.

You shall be aware that we can collect and use personal information without your authorization and consent in the following cases:

（ 1 ） Information related to national security and national defense security;

（ 2 ） Information related to publi c safety, public health, and significant public interest;

（ 3 ） Information related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and sentence enforcement, etc.;

（ 4 ） For the purpose of safeguarding the life, property, and other significant legitimate rights and interes ts of the subject of personal information or other individuals, and it is difficult to obtain his or her consent;

（ 5 ） The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by the subject of the personal information himself/herself;

（ 6 ） Where your personal information is collected from the legitimate information which is disclosed to the public, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure and other sources;

（ 7 ） Information necessary to enter into a contract at your request;

（ 8 ） Inform ation necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as the detection and disposal of malfunctions of the products and/or services.

（ 9 ） Information necessary for legitimate journalism;

（ 10 ） Where it is necessary f or an academic research institution to conduct statistical or academic research in the public interest, and where the results of the academic research or description are made available to the public, the personal information contained in the results is de- identified;

（ 11 ） Other circumstances specified in laws and regulations.

(II) W e Will Use Your Personal Information for the Following Purposes:

Providing you with special services : We will use the collected personal information for the purpose of realizing our products and/or service functions when you create your Wannianli account, independently choose the services and functions such as Wannianli weather service/ Wannianli calendar service/ Wannianli diary service/ Wannianli forecasting service or other agreed cases in this Privacy Policy. After collecting your personal information, we will de-identify the data through technical means, and subjects will not be identified by the de-identified information. Please understand and agree that we have the right to use the de-identified information in such cases; and that we may analyze and commercially exploit the user database without disclosing your personal information.

Conducting c ustomer surveys or contacting you regarding your orders : We may collect information t hat you voluntarily provide to us when you participate in product/service surveys, as well as information you provide when you interact with our related parties and partners, in order for you to track orders, initiate user complaints, and for us to optimiz e the quality and processes of our customer service.

Providing network security and APP features : To improve the security of your use of the services we provide, and to accurately prevent phishing site fraud and Trojan horse viruses, we may use or integra te your personal information and information that our related parties and partners have obtained through your authorization or shared by law, to determine your account and transaction risks, according to your use habits and common software information, etc ., including verification of identity, prevention, detection and investigation of possible fraud, cyber viruses, cyber attacks and other security risks and violations of our or our related parties ’ agreements, policies or rules, in order to protect the leg itimate rights and interests of you, other users, us or our related parties, and to record some links that we consider to be risky ( “ URL ” ).

Delete information

Revocation of authorization

You can change the scope of your consent or withdraw your authorization through the path “ Tools - Settings - System Settings - Privacy Settings ” .

Cancellation of accounts

You can cancel your account by following the path “ Tools - Click on the Avatar in t he Upper Left Corner – C an cel Account ” , after you cancel your account, we will retain your relevant information in accordance with the provisions of the Network Security Law of the People ’ s Republic of China and other laws and regulations; after the retention period required by the law expires , we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

Complaint feedback

If you have any comments or suggestions, you can follow the path “ Tools - Settings - Help Center - Feedback ” or “ Tools - Settings - Feedback ” .

If you do n o t want to receive the message notification or information push on the Wannianli page, you can refuse to receive the message notification when you install Wannianli for the first time, or turn off the corresponding notification function in the “ Notification ” center in your mobil e operating system; if you do n o t want to receive the promotion SMS we send to you, you can use the corresponding unsubscribe function in the message to unsubscribe. After you opt out of targeted push, you can delete your relevant personal information thro ugh the following path.

Please understand that the above-mentioned paths to delete/remove data and modify permissions may differ depending on the mobile device, and you can contact our platform if you have any questions. After you perform the above operat ion, we will not be able to continue to provide you with the services in which you have withdrawn your consent or authorization, but it will not affect the processing of personal information previously carried out based on your authorization.

We would like to draw your attention to the following matters regarding [the cancellation of Wannianli account]:

The account cancellation function is available on the version V 5.0.0 and higher version of Wannianli App. However, due to the existing technology and other objective conditions, we cannot add the account cancellation function in the lower version that users have downloaded and installed. You can still change the scope of your consent or withdraw your authorization by following the path as “ Cell Pho ne Settings - Application Management - Wannianli - Clear the Application Data Information of Wannianli ” , or by changing the privacy settings, or turning off the device function in the operating system

In order to better protect your privacy and legal rig hts, we suggest you to update Wannianli App to the latest version. If the version you are currently using is lower than V5.0 and you want to cancel your account, please update to the latest version first and then follow the aforementioned instructions to c ancel your account. We apologize for any inconvenience caused thereby to you, and your understanding is appreciated.

(IV) How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information

Sharing: We will impose strict restrictions on the sharing of information in accordance with the laws and regulations. We, in principle, will not share your personal information with any companies, organizations and individuals other than Wannianli , except for the followi ng cases:

（ 4 ） To maintain and improve our services. We may share your information with partners such as our service providers (e.g., communication service providers who send email or push notifications on our behalf, etc .) to help us provide you with targeted and improved service;

（ 5 ） To provide information as necessary in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the requirements of legal proceedings, and mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;

（ 6 ） To provide information, to the extent permitted by law or regulation, as necessary to protect Wannianli , Wannianli ’ s related parties or partners, you or other users of Wannianli or the public from harm to their interests, property or safety;

（ 7 ） To share with third parties such as partners who have commissioned us to conduct promotions, for the purpose of informing such partners of the coverage and effectiveness of the promotion. For example, we may inform such partners how many people have seen their promotion information or purchased their goods after seeing such information, or provide them with statistical information that personal identity cannot be identified to help them understand their audience or customers;

（ 8 ） The core function of our products and/or ser vices or the provision of the services you require can only be achieved by sharing your information;

（ 13 ） After being processed by means of encryption, anonymization processing, etc., it is shared to third-party partners, for external processing purposes only. We currently int egrate our products with embedded SDK or integrated API provided by our partners that provide optimization services such as user personalized recommendation services, including Umeng +, TalkingData, Chuanglan , Baidu, Pangle , and Tencent Social Ads. For the security of your information, we have signed strict data security confidentiality agreements with third-party SDK/API service providers, and these companies will strictly comply with our data privacy and security requirements. We will not share your person ally identifiable information with them unless we have your authorization to do so.

(13.1) For statistical analysis and anti-cheat purposes, our product integrates with service such as [ Umeng +] SDK one-click sharing, statistics, pushing and one-click logi n (service provider: Youmeng Tongxin (Beijing) Technology Limited). With user ’ s authorization, [ Umeng +] SDK needs to collect the Mac address of your device, and unique device identifier (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID, and SIM card IMSI information) to provide statistical analysis services , and to provide basic anti-cheat services by collecting geographic location to calibrate report data accuracy. With user ’ s authorization, [TalkingData] SDK needs to colle ct the following information: [Android] device brand, model, software version base information and its application list information, [iOS] device brand, model, software version base information, [network information] information on devices connected to WIF I and base stations, [location information] device geographic location, [application information] SDK host application package name and version number information. [ TalkingData] has adopted data encryption technology for data transmission and conducted de- identification and anonymization to remove sensitive information from the information for display. ( 13.3) In order to enable users to use their cell phone number to log in with one click, we integrated the Shanyan SDK (service provider: Shanghai Chuanglan Culture Communication Co., Ltd.). With user ’ s authorization, [ Shanyan ] SDK needs to collect the following information: IP address, MAC, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), sim card information, cell phone model, system type, system version, network environment, gat eway error log. ( 13.4) In order to provide or recommend more correlated (rather than commonly pushed) search results, stre am content or promotions to you, to enable information to reach you more quickly and accurately, and to realize information tracking, our product integrates with the [Baidu] SDK advertising service (service provider: Beijing Baidu Mobile Communication Tech nology Co., Ltd.). With user ’ s authorization, [Baidu] SDK needs to collect the following information: [Device Properties Information] hardware model, operating system version, device configuration, unique device identifier, International Mobile Equipment Identity ( IMEI ) , SIM card information IMSI, iOS Identifier For Advertising (IDFA), Android Open Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID), Android ID, [Device Location Information] location information obtained through GPS, Bluetooth or Wi-Fi signal, [D evice Status Information] device application installation list, and [Application List Information]. ( 13.5) For the purposes of advertising cooperation, ads attribution and anti-cheating, our product integrates with the [ P angle ] SDK advertising service (service provider: Beijing Ocean Engine Network Technology Co., Ltd.). With user ’ s authorization, the [ Pangle ] SDK needs to collect the following information: hardware model, operating system version number, International Mob ile Equipment Identity (IMEI), MAC address , IP address, software version number, network access method and type, and operation log. ( 13.6) For the purposes of advertising c ooperation and ads attribution, our product integrates with the [Tencent Social Ads] SDK advertising service. With user ’ s authorization, the [Tencent Social Ads] SDK needs to collect the following information: approximate location, identifiers (user ID, de vice ID), service data (product interaction, advertising data), diagnostics (crash data, performance data), and other data (device information for system language, screen height and width, screen orientation, screen DPI information). We may share your personal information with our rel ated parties. However, we will only share personal information that is necessary and is subject to the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If our rel ated parties intend to change the purposes for w hich personal information is processed, they will again seek your consent and authorization .

We will only share your information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes. We will require the companies, organizations and individua ls with whom we share information to handle the information in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

Please be aware that we will only share your personal information for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific and explicit purposes, and will try to de-identify the personal information in the shared content, even if your consent and authorization has been obtained.

(V) How We Store, Protect and Manage Your Information

Locat ion of information storage : The personal information we collect and generate in the People ’ s Republic of China will be stored in the People ’ s Republic of China.
